1. Can I customise the colour of my machine?
Yes! We have two colour options for your Vets1Laser machine; White or Matte Black.
2. Can the Vets1Laser be operated on battery power?
The Vets1Laser can be supplied with an optional internal battery to enable portable treaments away from Mains power.
3. Are Laser safety goggles included?
Yes, Goggles are included for 3 technicians/owners and a small and large animal goggle set. If you require more they can be added on to your order.
4. What size animals can be treated with the Vets1Laser?
Treatment can be provided for animals ranging from rodents to horses and even larger. Coat colour is not a problem in treatment and fur does NOT have to be clipped!
5. What is the delivery time for the Vets1Laser?
Your Vets1Laser is built to your specific requirements after receiving your deposit. You can expect delivery within 4 weeks from that date.
6. How much does the Vets1Laser cost?
The full cost of Vets1Laser includes a full set of components and accessories that you need to do a variety of Therapy procedures on many different animals.

7. Do you have demonstration machine that I can borrow to try the Vets1laser?
Unfortunately we cannot provide a demo machine for you to try, but we are happy to join you in a video presentation so that we can explain the uses and functions of the Vets1Laser and re-assure you that it works easily and effectively.
We can even demonstrate the Vets1Laser Dashboard on-line so you can see how easy it is to use.
8. Do you provide training
The introductory training will be as long as you need but averages about 30-60 minutes and is done over the phone or Video call after you machine is delivered.
We also deliver a customised safety and Laser Theory training session prior to delivery to ensure that you and your staff are able to use and discuss Laser Therapy effectively.
This system is so intuitive that most users master the basic operation in just a few therapy sessions.
