Horizon Palliative Care Vet Wound Case

We have long been believers that pets are here ‘not just to survive but to thrive’. Pets are ‘here to party, not to pine‘ and every day is a day worth ensuring they get to live their best lives. The days post-op or during healing phases post injury should not be different to any other day; which is why being able to add in the additional pathway to healing and pain relief that is medical laser therapy is such a wonderful gift to make available to any injured or unwell pet. Drs Ana & Kaori, working in unison with a local vet clinic, provided that additional pathway to healing for the Boxer above and the results are a joy to behold. Releasing An Animal From A Cage Of Pain:Thanks to Horizon Palliative Vets

If there is one thing that broke me as a veterinarian, it was to hear an animal verbalising pain-that just shatters me, so nothing can make my vet heart soar more than to see an animal freed from a cage of pain. This second video of Milo after the wonderful vet team at Horizon Palliative vets completed their 6th laser/pbmt session on him is such a joy to watch.https://www.facebook.com/reel/1396022815172674

If you have not seen the original video before and after just 3 PBMt sessions, then check out our earlier post below as well.

Opening New Pathways to Healing: Sugarloaf Animal Hospital

Sugarloaf Animal Hospital Team never wavers in their focus to provide the best and gentlest care to their many and varied species of patient. This case is a good reminder that Laser/PBM therapy is so much more than just a Rehab/Anti-Arthritis tool. The results here show how this gentle, non-invasive yet powerful therapy opens up a new additional pathway to healing. Adjunctive Laser/PBMt can short-circuit weeks of pain and distress for our veterinary patients by supporting the body on the pathway to healing. https://lnkd.in/g3jAcC3Y

It was an absolute pleasure spending time with our dedicated veterinary colleagues at Horizon Palliative Vets. Their vet team is uncompromising in its approach to relieve pain and distress in their  veterinary patients.  Additionally, much respect to their team also for the time and effort they put into our training webinars  and into completing additional educational certification. All of that energy and focus can be clearly seen in the speed with which they have implemented laser/PBMt into their daily clinical case load.
